What is Solink Secure Summit*?

Solink Secure Summit allows current and future clients and invited guests to gather and learn from each other, from Solink and from industry experts. The event provides Solink users with a platform to learn about new solutions and voice innovative ideas while learning from others in the industry. 

When and where is Solink Secure Summit?

Solink Secure Summit 2026 will be held at the InterContinental Hotel, in Los Angeles, CA from February 17-19, 2026. 

When is the hotel room reservation cut off?

A room block is available at the InterContinental Hotel, the official hotel for Solink Secure Summit. Solink has secured a discounted rate of $289 USD per night plus applicable taxes, until the cut-off date of January 24, 2026 or until the room block is full. We cannot guarantee any rooms past this date. We recommend you book your room early to secure the Solink Secure Summit discounted rate. 

Who can attend Solink Secure Summit?

Solink Secure Summit is open to Solink customers, confirmed sponsors/exhibitors and invited guests only.

Is registration open for the conference?

Yes, registration is open for the 2026 event. Register here.

What is the cost of registration?

Registration is $399 for all attendees. An Early Bird registration price of $299 is available until October 15, 2025. Please note attendees are responsible for booking their own travel and accommodations. 

What does the registration fee include?

Your registration fee includes all food and beverage from the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, February 17 until the end of the event on Thursday, February 19. 
You’ll have access to all conference sessions, peer-to-peer networking opportunities, and our partner ecosystem. You’ll also be our special guest at the Solink Customer Appreciation Event – an evening of fun, great food and musical entertainment. 

When can I pick up my badge?

The Registration and Information desk will be open: 

Tuesday, February 17 – 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday, February 18 – 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday, February 19 – 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM

A conference badge is required to attend all sessions including the evening events.

May I bring a guest to the Welcome Reception and the Customer Appreciation Event?

Yes, you may bring a guest to these events, however, there will be a charge for a Night Event Only Ticket, which is payable when you complete your registration. 

Welcome Reception and Customer Appreciation Event: $150 USD/guest

All attendees must be over the age of 21.

Guest passes are not valid for main conference activities, breakout sessions or meals other than those listed above.

What are the average temperatures in Los Angeles in February?

During February, Los Angeles enjoys an average high of 66°F (19°C) and an average low of 52°F (11°C). 

Is parking available onsite?

Valet in/out parking is available at the Intercontinental Los Angeles Downtown for a daily rate of $68.20.

Can I extend my trip outside of the conference dates?

Yes, a limited number of shoulder dates are available through our room block at the conference rate three (3) days prior and three (3) days post-conference. Shoulder night room block rates are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.

What time does the event start and end, so I can make travel arrangements?

For travel purposes, please plan to be at the conference on Tuesday, February 17 no later than 6:00 PM for the Welcome Reception. Our sessions will run from 8:30 AM on Wednesday, February 18, through Thursday, February 19 at 12:00 PM. Please plan to depart Thursday, February 19 after 12:00 PM. .

What is the closest airport?

The Hotel’s location is one of the most coveted in all of downtown Los Angeles. It is 18 miles from the LAX Airport.

What is the dress code?

Suggested attire for both day and evening events is business casual.

What if I have to cancel my registration?

If you are no longer able to attend, please inform us by sending an email to us at [email protected]. Cancellations are permitted with a full refund until January 15, 2026. 

If I have a disability or a food allergy, who should I contact?
