Solink Secure Summit allows current and future clients and invited guests to gather and learn from each other, from Solink and from industry experts. The event provides Solink users with a platform to learn about new solutions and voice innovative ideas while learning from others in the industry.

Solink Secure Summit 2025 will be held at the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego, CA from February 24-26, 2025.

Solink Secure Summit is open to Solink customers, confirmed sponsors/exhibitors and invited guests only.

Is registration open for the conference?

Yes, registration is open for the 2025 event. Here is the link.

What is the cost of registration?

Registration is $399 for all attendees. There is a $100 discount for registrations received by November 15, 2024. Registration includes all meals and access to all sessions and events. Please note attendees are responsible for booking their own travel and accommodations.

What does the registration fee include?

Your registration fee includes all food and beverage from the Welcome Reception on Monday, February 24 until the end of the event on Wednesday, February 26.

You’ll have access to all conference sessions, peer-to-peer networking opportunities, and our partner ecosystem. You’ll also be our special guest at the Solink Customer Appreciation Event – an evening of fun, great food and musical entertainment.

When can I pick up my badge?

The Registration and Information desk will be open: 

Monday, February 24 – 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Tuesday, February 25 – 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Wednesday, February 26 – 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM

A conference badge is required to attend all sessions including the evening events.

May I bring a guest to the Welcome Reception and the Customer Appreciation Event?

Yes, you may bring a guest to these events, however, there will be a charge, which is payable when you complete your registration. 

Welcome Reception and Customer Appreciation Event: $150 USD/guest

All attendees must be over the age of 21.

Guest passes are not valid for main conference activities, breakout sessions or meals other than those listed above.

What are the average temperatures in San Diego in February?

During February, San Diego enjoys an average high of 66°F (19°C) and an average low of 52°F (11°C).

When is the hotel room reservation cut off?

A room block is available at the Hard Rock Hotel, the official hotel for Solink Secure Summit. Solink has secured a discounted rate of $309 USD per night plus applicable taxes. until the cut-off date of January 22, 2025 or until the room block is full. We cannot guarantee any rooms past this date. We recommend you book your room early to secure the Solink Secure Summit discounted rate.

Can I extend my trip outside of the conference dates?

Yes, a limited number of shoulder dates are available through our room block at the conference rate three (3) days prior and three (3) days post-conference. Shoulder night room block rates are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.

What time does the event start and end, so I can make travel arrangements?

For travel purposes, please plan to be at the conference on Monday, February 24 no later than 6:00 PM for the Welcome Reception. Our sessions will run from 9:00 AM on Tuesday, February 25, through Wednesday, February 26 at 12:00 PM. Please plan to depart Wednesday, February 26 after 12:00 PM.

What is the closest airport?

The Hotel’s location is one of the most coveted in all of downtown San Diego. Just 4 miles from the San Diego International Airport, the Hotel marks the entrance to the famed Gaslamp District.

What is the dress code?

There is no dress code, but the suggested attire for both day and evening events is business casual.

If I have a disability or a food allergy, who should I contact?

Solink aims to ensure an inclusive conference experience for all guests. When registering for the conference, you will be asked to list any food allergies or disabilities. If you have other questions, please email [email protected].
