If it’s a real threat, you have options:

  • Trigger a talk-down: Play a voice message over a speaker, if installed.
  • Activate a strobe: Flash a warning light to deter activity, if installed.
  • Dispatch police: If there’s an imminent threat and deterrents don’t work.

If there’s no threat, you can disarm the alarm temporarily or close it immediately.

Each response is tracked and stored in the alarm event card, including any operator notes.
