Step 4: Verification
If a false alarm is detected, the monitoring service will cancel the alert. If further investigation is required, the monitoring service will notify the alarm contact via text or call along with a live video of the situation. Solink eliminates 99.9% of false alarms before police dispatch.
Step 5: Dispatch
