This past month, we released a number of updates to help businesses support real-time response and bring action to urgent events:

  • An expanded SOC solution for central response teams
  • Text-to-speech audio broadcast over connected speakers

VerifEye for monitoring centers

Text-to-speech: Generate custom deterrence messages

Need to clear an area of loitering? Broadcast a recurring security message? Or announce store hours?

Now you can—right from Solink. The new text-to-speech broadcast feature lets teams generate and play custom audio messages through connected SIP speakers in seconds.

Just title your message, write the script, and choose a voice. Solink automatically generates your audio clip and can play it on a recurring schedule or trigger it based on motion activity. It’s a simple, effective way to deter unwanted behavior—or communicate non-security messages to large groups instantly.

Temperature threshold alerts with WSPER

Picture this: A general manager opens their restaurant in the morning to find the meat in the walk-in fridge has gone bad.

Did the power go out? Is the door lock faulty? Or did an employee not close the door properly? Whatever the reason, the result is the same—thousands in wasted product and lost profit.

Our new integration with WSPER gives teams real-time visibility into temperature changes, turning what used to be passive monitoring into instant, video-verified response.

When a temperature threshold is breached, Solink automatically creates an alert, links it to the corresponding video, and reveals exactly what happened—whether it’s a door left open, an equipment failure, or a power disruption.
