Another S2 in the books—and this one was big, both literally and figuratively. We doubled attendance from 2025, which meant more conversations to be had, more opportunities to explore, and yes, more catering.

More importantly, we ushered in a new era for Solink. This was our largest product update to date—not incremental updates, but business-impacting solutions that span the entire physical footprint and help customers see more, know more, and do more than ever before.

From AI Agents and a reimagined EBR experience to real-time service analytics and a strengthened AI command center for response teams—let’s dive in.

Solink AI Agents: Scale your best people with digital teammates

Arguably the biggest announcement coming out of S2 is the introduction of Solink AI Agents.
We’ve long recognized an untenable reality: the explosion of video and data has surpassed human limits. No team, no matter how dedicated, can watch it all. The gap between what is recorded and what is actually seen is where risk lives.

Solink AI Agents change that forever.

Think of them as digital teammates that handle the high-volume monitoring and data analysis your team doesn’t have time for, allowing them to focus on their highest-value work.

This is technology that works alongside you—providing the autonomous support needed to prioritize your business at a scale that was previously impossible.

Get to the ‘why’ faster with Data Explorer

Most operators waste hours jumping between POS reports, labor spreadsheets, and video systems just to find the root cause of a single outlier.

If you’re alt-tabbing through four different programs to investigate an anomaly last Tuesday, you’re losing time you’ll never get back.

Solink has long offered pairing data with video and reporting as a core part of our platform experience—but we’re going deeper.

Data Explorer is a new exception-based reporting experience that lives entirely within Solink. It’s the fastest path from a signal to a solution.

We’ve built a unified workspace that brings all your operational signals—transactions, AI, access, labor, and more—together with the relevant video.

Data Explorer offers the control and visibility you actually need, with different visualizations, geomapping, and item-level reporting that let you drill down into outliers until you hit the root cause.

With AI insights abstracting the data into organized summaries, you get to the decision point faster.

Drive better service and performance with lane cameras

Speaking of data and dashboards, there’s a whole level of revenue growth being stifled by old, physical systems.

I’m talking about loop timers buried under drive-thru lanes at quick-service restaurants, service garages, and donation centers.

These traditional timers are expensive, redundant sensors that are a nightmare to maintain. Most importantly? They offer zero visual context. They tell you the “what”—your wait times are high—but they never tell you the “why.”

The result is a stressed-out service team that doesn’t have the tools to fix the problem, and store managers left answering for issues they can’t see.

We have the answer with game-changing drive-thru AI.

We’ve been trialing a solution with some of the top names in auto service that turns your existing lane cameras into high-performance sensors. It leverages our vision analytics models to capture the full journey of a customer—from the moment they enter the stack through to fulfillment.

You can now see how long they spent on their journey, where they faced friction, and if they left prematurely—all verified by video.

It gives you the visibility you need to improve service without sinking thousands into hardware upgrades. By seeing the “why” behind the wait, you can finally fix the bottlenecks that kill profits and bridge the gap between metrics and reality.

Command your space with VerifEye

Something said at S2 which seems to have caught on was the goal to transform any team leveraging Solink into the ‘Department of Do’.

In other words, Solink isn’t just about passive monitoring. It’s about chasing outcomes in the physical world.

VerifEye has long been our AI mission control for SOC teams to unify their disparate security systems under one central view.

It is the definition of ‘do’.

At S2, we announced the expansion of VerifEye to support all event types—not just alarms. Any response unit—whether loss prevention, operations, physical security, or a SOC—can architect their own response workflow and handle incidents in real-time.
A Solink interface displays security footage with options for threat assessment and automated actions such as deter, call staff, lock down, dispatch, and notify external systems.
The result is a virtual command center to fortify your physical footprint, inside and out.

And there’s more…

The above is only a taste of what we announced this year. Some other exciting updates to help you see, know, and do more include:

  • AI video search upgrades to search by highlight or video thumbnail.
  • Support for body cameras and PTZ cameras, expanding your field of view.
  • AI video clip analysis to cut out hours of administrative manual report writing.
  • Investigation folders to compile your saved clips into a case instantly.
  • A new mobile and desktop experience designed specifically for speed.

2026 is gearing up to be an exciting year—and it’s all thanks to you. A saying we have internally is to listen with ‘Dumbo ears’, which means to overlisten and listen with purpose. All the advancements mentioned above are a direct result of your feedback, and we’re proud to show our progress.
