Solink now offers a number of AI features to help you reveal helpful insights from your cameras and data. With a subscription to our AI Package, you will get access to our newest AI tools which include:

Sidekick AI

Solink’s Sidekick AI powers our Live and Scheduled Spot Check features.

Live Spot Check

Live Spot Check allows you to create or select premade prompts using Solink’s Sidekick AI that quickly assess cameras from any of your stores and return with a response.

All Solink accounts have access to Live Spot Check for no additional subscription cost.

Scheduled Spot Check

You can also schedule Spot Checks to occur on a regular basis with a subscription to Solink’s AI Package. Scheduled Spot Checks allow you to “set and forget” your spot checks and get AI responses to your prompts on a regular recurring basis.

People Analytics

Our newest People Analytics features provide you with simple yet powerful tools to leverage the power of your cameras and provide insight into what’s happening at your locations.

Line Cross

Solink’s Line Cross Search feature allows you to quickly track foot traffic in your store over a given period of time and combine that information with POS data to gather revenue statistics.

By drawing a virtual line, you can quickly navigate to each instance of an individual crossing the line and track foot traffic in the store or an area of the store. Additionally, you can review the total number of people and daily average of people on either side.

You can also draw a line in the camera view and automatically generate events containing important line cross data, which can then be used to rank stores by conversion rate, record passerby traffic, and better understand customer flow in your store.

Zone Tracking

Solink’s Zone Tracking feature allows you to capture wait time and customer traffic data within customizable regions of your location.

Zone Tracking uses AI to quickly identify what is happening in an area of interest and present important metrics, such as Total People in the area over a set period of time and Total Passthrough traffic.

Zone Tracking is also a great tool to measure display effectiveness and track queue times in your store.

Compliance Analytics

Solink’s AI Package also includes access to features to help meet compliance standards at your business.

Face Blur

Solink’s Face Blur feature allows you to use AI to automatically blur all faces when saving a clip in the Solink cloud.

Face Blur can help you meet compliance standards when sharing video, as well as protect the identity of other individuals featured in camera footage when sharing clips.

Blocked Exit Detection

Many businesses in the U.S. are subject to costly OSHA fines whenever an exit door is obstructed.

Solink’s Blocked Exit Detection leverages AI to proactively address blocked exits and help reduce safety/health fines.
