Earlier this week, one of our partners , issued a security advisory warning (CVE-2022-27596) of a “Vulnerability in their Solink Recording Device QTS and QuTS hero” that could be used to compromise some of its devices.
We have communicated with our partner and confirmed that no devices connected to the Solink Cloud are affected by the Firmware versions at risk. Solink customers are not at risk and there is no action required.
As always, we recommend that you follow our best practices for standard firewall configuration to ensure vulnerabilities of this nature fully mitigate any risk to your recording devices.
